There were always a lot of people there.


Luisa vivía antes en las afueras.
Louise lived previously in the outskirts.


Trabajaba en el sector comercial.
She worked in the business district.


El tráfico la ponía nerviosa.
The traffic made her nervous.


A nosotros, el ruido no nos molestaba.
The noise didn't bother us.


Siempre teníamos algo especial que hacer.
We always had something special to do.


Yo tenía un escritorio viejo pero bueno.
I used to have an old desk but a good one.


Me gustaba mucho.
I liked it a lot.


Todos los días a las cuatro Luisa nos traía café.
Every day at four Louise would bring us coffee.


Comíamos pastel de manzana también.
We'd also eat apple pie.


Carmen y Luisa lavaban las tazas.
Carmen and Louise would wash the cups.


Los viernes nadie traía nada.
On Frídays nobody brought anything.
